Renold took me out to our favourite Sichuan restaurant this evening. Pictured are us with our 孜然排骨 and 麻婆豆腐.

It was really special to get together with Renold, as always.

It is always a great to catch up with James. He is not just a friend to me but a brother too.

It was fun going back to Sichuan restaurant with James again. I don’t think I can get enough of this place. Food is always number one.

Spending time with James and talking to him on different topics is always fun. There is never a dull moment with him and I get to learn a lot from him every time we meet.

Thank you James

Renold

Thanks Renold for the vote of confidence!!

We’ll do it again sometime. Mind you, I do seem to have a newly acquired allergy to an ingredient in quite a few Asian foods (and sesame bars). The obvious answer is sesame oil, but I’m not entirely sure.

Mr James
So cool, you are a man who like Chinese traditional culture most I have never seen before, and then as you say, you like Chinese food especially SiChuan food , well, most of SiChuan food restaurant are not specialization more or less in Mel. moreover, if you have some interests to cook that( not difficult but you just hand it by heart), call Sam, I glad to teach you practical skills for cooking my hometown`s dishes.
