Densha de Go! Shinkansen - Intro

I’ve just posted this clip while I’m waiting on the phone with my ISP TPG. I wish they had a clue what they were doing. Good downloading speeds, though. Last night I got the fastest I’ve ever seen - over 500kb/s.

de-go!shinkansen,is what language?the view around the train is 漫画，or a really city? is that Japan or German?
