My tie

This morning I forgot my tie. No big deal. I just had to go back home about half a block to get it.
But it made me think. What a stupid unnecessary anachronism from another era the tie actually is. I can’t see an end to this silly madness - no one’s actually going to stand up and say “There are other ways to look smart, you know, we don’t need this shiny cloth”.
Anyhow, back to lesson preparation.

Recognize,
when i just begin work ,i was required dress high heels, and light make up,i am not feel for so suit for that, especially high heels, because i like sport and i walk usually very quickly;constantly hurt my ankle,so you better than me,at least your neck never feel suffer, but after some years,it is ok!it is not so covenient and comfortable, but it make you look much more tidy and professinal.
have a good day
yours sincerely
Hi Nancy,
Thanks for dropping by! Personally I don’t mind scarves. They keep me warm during winter and also can be quite trendy-looking.
But the tie really seems to have no practical purpose at all. It’s purely to meet sartorial expectations. What a bore.
