					<description>Thanks for a useful keyboard summary.  There are a number of mnemonic shortcuts to get foreign language characters after Ctrl-W.  For example, Ctrl-W, L, - , enter gives the symbol for the British pound.  And Ctrl-W, a, ' , enter gives the a with acute accent used in French.  If you are interested, send me an e-mail, and I will send you all that I know of.  These are useful because they make the mouse unnecessary for those symbols a person uses frequently.</description>
